Meet the Original Pet Pal

My name is Allison Curran. I am a graduate of the University of New Orleans in music studies and vocal performance. I have been taking care of animals since I was quite young and I have always had a great passion for making fur-babies as happy as possible. I love seeing their faces light up when they see me and have always wanted to work directly with animals instead of just taking care of my own and for friends and family. I started working professionally in pet care several years ago and I decided I wanted to make this an independent small business where I could do more for the pets and their parents and have my full-time career in pet care. While I may not directly be using my music degree, I am using my musical talents to entertain my fur-clients and it seems to be working! When I sing to pets their faces light up and it brings a fun element into each service I provide. I am a hardworking and determined person with a knack for all things creative which makes me different than other pet care providers. I bring a level of fun and uniqueness into my career and to your pets through fun stories, cute pictures, yummy treats, and more! If you want to experience the purrfect match for your pup or kitty, book with me now on the booking page!

The problem with some pet care services is they are not personal enough. It feels quite distant and just like a job not a lifestyle or a service to be proud of and have fun with. However, I have given myself the power to feel free and to break away from a corporate shell and the service industry which prevented me from doing what I love. What I love is being with animals, taking care of them, playing with them, feeding them treats and seeing their excited eyes, and being able to see a furry face every day. I’ve owned several animals throughout my life and have always loved taking care of them. I have a 15 year old cocker spaniel named Chester, a gorgeous American short hair orange tabby named Toaster Strudel, and a black bombay kitty named Sesame Mochi that are my whole world and I want to be able to give your pets the love I give my own. I understand that many people need help taking care of their pets and I am dedicated to giving them a great experience and their pets all the loving and care that I can. I even wanted to be a vet for the majority of my life but ended up falling into a pit of dead-end jobs and a loss of myself. So, now that this is my full-time career, I am 100% committed to your pets and their well-being and would love to become a regular in your pet’s lives.
